Gladien (Glad-e-in)

A species originally from the RohKuhs Home World, their homes far and very well hidden from others that roam the world. They aren't the dominant species, but one of many species that live on Home World. Gladiens had a tendency to partner up with the RohKuh species. It's not a contract of sorts, they just seemed to find their way to a RohKuh that they felt needed their help or that they themselves would benefit from being with a RohKuh.

Gladien's end up bonding with their charges 90% of the time, becoming close friends and partners in battle. Though some Gladien's end up never finding a charge and stay to help in their village or wander off to live on their own.

A charge is someone the Gladien watches over and protects for personal reasons or just on instinct. They'll attach themselves to anyone, not just RohKuhs. However because of their relations with the RohKuhs they were able to go to new worlds and spread, letting them find other types of charges.

- When I said they attached themselves to anyone, it doesn't mean they're stuck with that charge for life. A Gladien can choose to come and go as they please. However, once developing a bond with their charge they gain a special sense that lets them know when their charge is in need of them when they're not around.

- They're hella intelligent and are able to pick up on and speak different languages (Mainly in order to communicate with charges)

Gladien's have two forms, Travel and Feral form. **Travel form is like a floating head, enabling them to fly around and go invisible for as long as they can hold their breathe. **Their feral form is their entire body, their natural form.

- Gladien's are omnivores

Max Height: 7ft
Minimum Height: 4ft
Max Age: Gladiens age slowly, the longest a Gladien has lived is a little over 300 years.
*There are some lucky Gladiens that bonded with a RohKuh and the RohKuh put a part of themselves into the Gladien in order to make them immortal - because they couldn't bare to lose someone so close to them. (AKA Zero, Sketch, and Khan)

Home World

Numani is the planets name - at least what the beings that live on it come to call it. Numani is where the RohKuh species began to exist, where they were born, they are the dominating species of the planet.

However, they share the planet with many other beings and creatures. Gladien's are one of them! Thankfully Gladiens and RohKuhs got along, because while the RohKuhs started wars with many others - they left the Gladien's home alone, allowing them to grow, advance, and evolve.

There's a variety of environments around this planet. As well as many different villages / towns spread all over the lands.

(If there's an image, there will be a description in the image's description box)

The Blue Desert
[Gladien ARPG] The Desert by Gwanoli

The Golden Desert
The Golden isn't as forgiving as the blue. Nothing but golden light brown sands for miles and the heat beating down on you. Sometimes a small sandstorm is actually seen as a good break in travels, because with the high winds there's a 90% chance it'll uncover hidden caves for a period of time. Most of the caves will have water if you go into them deep enough! However, don't stay in for very long - the next sandstorm could cover it back up and trap you inside.

Living Forest
You'd think by the word 'living' that the trees would be walking, talking, and thriving. But it's not the trees and plants that gave it the name, it's the souls hiding within the forest. Some souls are good and lead you to the right path when you're lost, some are bad and purposely keep you lost. They're souls of many different beings that refuse to move on - so they find their way to this forest or died in this forest at one point. Be cautious of all of the lost ones though, there's some that have been here long enough to learn some special and quite deadly abilities.

Besides the forest being filled with creepy dead people and creatures, there's a few villages in it! The villagers know their way around the forest and try to keep the souls in check.

Bright Forest
Domain of the feared Hisgrawl. Thankfully they don't hunt in packs so it's not as common to come across them. It actually gets quite dark in this forest, the trees are gigantic and carry so much leaves that it's thick enough to block out the sky. On rare occasions do you see sunlight break through. What makes it bright is the vegetation - so much of it glows! The bugs, rocks, mushrooms, fruit, roots, the trees themselves, moss, etc. All glows in some way! The water of the lakes scattered around the forest even have some sort of gentle glow to them. Not everything is extremely bright and blinding, it's just light enough to see where you're going.

Haven's Cove
Hidden on the other side of a mountain, not many are lucky enough to find their way to this gorgeous paradise of a cove. Rocks surround the area creating an incomplete circle - leaving an opening for the oceans water to flow through and just wide enough for ships to pass through. However a ship hasn't appeared in this cove for many years. Abandoned huts and tree-houses are scattered around the area. The forest that it connects to is filled with fruits and animals. A waterfall nearby inside the forest fills a large lake with fresh crystal clear water.

Mt. Sirius [RohKuh Kingdom]
A description is unavailable for this as an image is in progress for better explaining this city and will be revealed later down the road - so for now, the city is off-limits.

Heated Plains
Even during winters this area is always warm, grassy plains that lead up to hills which are scattered with healing hot springs and large spiked rocks. Each step you take in these plains you can feel the heat rising from underground. This area is very close to a sleeping volcano, which at the base of it is a large cave filled crystals, fireflies, and a small lake.

Thriving Plains
Tall luscious green grass fills these flat lands, you could get lost in it! Thankfully, a village within the plains created markers to keep you on your path and find your way around! The markers are tall, sharp, large rocks with markings engraved into them. They sit on well kept white sand as the grass circles around the outside of it.

Frigid Lands
The title makes it obvious. Snowy lands, scattered frozen spikes, ice. It's like a cold version of the Golden Desert and yes, the hidden caves do show up after a storm here too! However, this time the inside of the caves are warm. The only game you'll find out here are fish! But it'll be tough to find a river and break through the ice to reach them.

Marked Valley
This valley is marked by many battles, warriors come here to practice. These are dead lands, a valley formed into an arena, a dust bowl. Rocky spikes formed all over the sides, creating many places to hide as well as many weapons to use to your advantage if you came across a not so nice being.

(Images for these areas will be coming soon!)
